![]() ![]() I had to cross the theatre to ring a bell to get service. I ordered a burger medium rare, no onion and no cheese, and I got well done. However I would not pay $20/ticket to go here ever again (includes a $5 credit toward any food you order). We had a very poor dining experience, though the movie itself was excellent and the seats comfy. You cannot expect customers to pay a premium for a “luxury experience” movie theater that no longer provides services or amenities above the competition (AMC down the road).Īnd to make matters worse, the bathrooms are usually out of toilet paper. This EXACT senecio has happened the past FOUR times we’ve been to SuperLux Chestnut Hill. We waited 40 mins, before I walked out into hallway to flag someone down. ![]() If you want anything else, push your service button and wait.and wait. After that, you get your beverages (20-40 mins into the movie!) from one runner and your food come from another (45 min later if not more). Now, the servers all wait until a few mins before the movie starts to take your full order. Once the movie started, we’d just push a button and the server would come over. They didn’t returned to take your food order. We were usually greeted by a server upon arrival and asked for a drink. The first time we noticed a change in the way the servers attended to the patrons in the theater, we were confused. Sadly, past four or five times have been disappointed to be polite. We’ve been going to SuperLux Chestnut Hill since they opened. ![]()
